Today, Zachary started Soccer - for the town of Orange, CT. It was his request and we were hopeful that he would have fun, which he did! He got some pointers at the start especially a how to on how to stop the ball as well as kick and dribble (this was his first time), and then he played a game against the gold team which did include his best friend. The red team won 1-0!!! Zachary got in there some, despite it being his first game and he even kicked the ball. He ran around and had a big smile on his face the entire game and in the 2nd half he eventually caught on that the teams had changed sides, hee hee. We are so thrilled that he had so much fun and hope his enthusiasm continues throughout the season.

Wow. I just can't believe how big he is getting. I guess because you were one of my first friends to have a baby, I always think of Zachary as the "litle one" and of course, he's not! I'm thrilled he had such a good time during his first game.
